Your car air conditioning system consist of a compressor, a condenser, an evaporator, refrigeration lines and a few sensors. We can diagnose your a/c system and check for leaks. Find and replace malfunctioning components.
If your a/c is not working properly or blowing hot air, the goog news is you may only need a general servicing of your a/c.
Prices start at only $30 for servicing plus $40 per pound of freon used to recharge your system. Generally, small to medium size cars will only require 1 to 2 lbs. of freon and the process only takes about 30-45 mins. This service includes a/c complete discharge (EVAC)and recharge of refrigerant (freon) to proper levels.
You can do this yourself by purchasing refrigerant from a local automotive parts shop at about $30-$40 dollars but doing this yourself can potentially damage your a/c condensor, which is at the heart of your a/c system and intern can end up costing much more than just a gen. To insure proper servicing of a/c refrigerant, all remaining remants of freon must be properly vacummed (EVAC) out before new freon is charged to the system. We use a computerized charging station to ensure freon is not overly charged not to damage vital components.
